ChefLori: Wrightsville Beach, NC, United States; I have been a personal chef for 5 years and have really pushed myself hard to grow my business in a smaller market. Honestly, my biggest goal is to live in Italy for a while. It's just a place I need to see, a culture I would love to experience, and of course, there is the food. There is something called WOOFing, and I think I may pack up and go work on a farm and explore the country that way. My blog is about myself and others--people I meet, foods I eat and all that good stuff. I'm just getting started with my blog and hope it will shape into something really entertaining for people to read.
